A 5,400m² exhibition hall, equally dividable to three halls to allow flexibility of event organizers, and able to accommodate over 240 exhibitions booths at a time. One level above, locates a column-free 5,400m² convention hall assisted with flexible meetings rooms for high-level meetings. SICC also consist a 7,000m² open plaza, food and beverage outlets to add convenience to visitors. 1,000 parking bays are created to ensure seamless arrivals of visitors as the centre is expected to accommodate large number of MICE groups.

Additionally, with all these function halls, SICC will be able to welcome local events such as KK jazz Festival, Sabah Fest and Sabah international Folklore Festival to utilize the centre.
