Air Transit

Kota Kinabalu International Airport (KKIA) is the second busiest airport in Malaysia, as of 2016, a total of 7 millions visitors have travelled into Sabah through 70 thousand Flights, and the figure still growing to this year. Taxi, Uber, & Grab

Taxi are the most time efficient way of getting around places, following your own preference of stops and places to visit, taxis' are essential for quick and easy travel. Taxis' are available upon arrival, and are also available in major tourist areas such as hotels, Shopping malls, and Bus Terminals. In case of no taxi available, Uber and Grab are also available in Sabah, simply download the application to your phone and call for a driver.


To get to the island in Kota Kinabalu, boat shuttles are also avaialble, it takes about 20 minutes to get to an island, and island hopping is also an option for adventurous tourist. These boat services also provide a variety of sports activities that tourist can select at the counter. Boat operators can be found at Jesselton Point, Kota Kinabalu's main boat terminal, visitors are able to get to via bus and taxi.
